These pickups came as quite a suprise when testing, their full bodied, versitile and toneful. While the finish isn't for everyone, their a great sounding pickup that we played with for hours, turning it to anything from country all the way through to metal. We were very impressed.

Of Similar design to the Gold Satin finish pickups above, these single coil picks came up trumps again, this time, offering a slightly more vintage sound that was a little more "full fat". Brilliant for Solo Blues work, carrying well through over drums and bass.

At Axesrus we're always looking for new inovations in guitar parts, and we feel we've got something a little special with these pickups. The Blade across the pickup face gives excellent string respond, making these pickups very clear and crisp when clear, and lets them grunt and squeel when driven hard. The may not have the looks to suit everyone, but if you want alot from your guitar, these pickups are definately worth a try.

Alnico 5 Magnet Pickups wiith staggered, Chamfered poles. fibre bobbines and waxed wire.

Bridge =6.4K, Middle =6.4k, Neck =6.4k,supplied with White, Black or Aged White (Cream) 52 mm covers, springs and Screws.

Chamfering the polepieces focuses the magnetic field giving good highs but still allowing some mids to come through to stop the pickup sounding thin. Middle pickup is reverse wound/reverse polarity. Bridge pickup is slightly overwound for better balance.

Wilkinson WHS Single Coil Pickups

A slight variation on our Tottally Tappable, these are hotter, heavier and bring more punch to the party. These are really pushing the limits on Single Coil sized humbuckers, topping out at a more then healthy 14k. Great sounding with plenty of screech and grunt on distortion, but not the best clean sound. Most definately one for the metal heads. A real, no compromise metal pickup.
